CLIENT PROGRAM For purposes of this Agreement, the SearchBoss Client Program is that program whereby Clients wishing to advertise their web site, services or products, bid for placement of a listing to appear in the search results generated by SearchBoss and/or its affiliates in response to a search term corresponding to the subject of the search listing. The amount of a Client''s bid determines placement of such Client''s listing in a search results list. A deposit of at least $20 shall be paid to SearchBoss to begin services to the Client. If Client decides to cancel account, SearchBoss will refund 80% of their current account balance, however will not refund amounts under $10.
