CLIENT PROGRAM For purposes of this Agreement, the SearchBoss Client Program is that program whereby Clients wishing to advertise their web site, services or products, bid for placement of a listing to appear in the search results generated by SearchBoss and/or its affiliates in response to a search term corresponding to the subject of the search listing. The amount of a Client''s bid determines placement of such Client''s listing in a search results list. SearchBoss continually updates placement based upon the ongoing results of the bids for placement.
