CLIENT PROGRAM For purposes of this Agreement, the SearchBoss Client Program is that program whereby Clients wishing to advertise their web site, services or products, bid for placement of a listing to appear in the search results generated by SearchBoss and/or its affiliates in response to a search term corresponding to the subject of the search listing. The amount of a Client''s bid determines placement of such Client''s listing in a search results list. SearchBoss continually updates placement based upon the ongoing results of the bids for placement. CLIENT PAYMENT The Client agrees to pay SearchBoss based on the number of clicks by a user on your search listing multiplied by the amount which you have bid to pay for each click on your search listing. The amount of clicks are measured by tracking reports prepared by SearchBoss and you understand and agree that such report shall be the only and definitive measure of the amount of clicks. A deposit of at least $20 shall be paid to SearchBoss to begin services to the Client. If Client decides businesssearch to cancel account, SearchBoss will refund 80% of their current account balance, however will not refund amounts under $10.
