CLIENT PROGRAM For purposes of this Agreement, the SearchBoss Client Program is that program whereby Clients wishing to advertise their web site, services or products, bid for placement of a listing to appear in the search results generated by SearchBoss and/or its affiliates in response to a search term corresponding to the subject of the search listing.
