If you bid a higher amount than the existing listing at a certain position (such as #1), your site will now hold that position. What keywords/phrases can I choose? You can select any keyword/phrase that is relevant to your site/company service or product offering. There is no limit to the number of keywords/phrases business and search you can bid on. How can I control my budget? Our BidBoss Proxy Bidding function allows you to enter a maximum bid for a keyword/phrase. The system automatically bids for you to ensure that you pay just enough to remain on top and not a penny more. SearchBoss directory also allows you to set spending limits based on hourly, daily, weekly or monthly amounts, so you can control your spending.

You will not hold SearchBoss or its affiliates liable or responsible for the activities of visitors business who come to your site(s) through a link provided by SearchBoss. You further represent that your search site is not unsuitable for the SearchBoss Client Program. Unsuitable sites include those that promote violence; promote discrimination directory based on race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age; promote illegal activities; and violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including business intellectual property rights. SearchBoss reserves the right to reject or remove any website if it is deemed search unsuitable for the SearchBoss Client Program. CLIENT INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONSClient directory agrees to indemnify business and hold SearchBoss, search its affiliates and their respective employees, consultants and other agents harmless from and against any losses, costs, damages or expense directory (including business reasonable attorney''s fees) resulting from claims or actions arising out of or in connection search with Client''s participation in the SearchBoss Client Program. Client website content or Client''s directory breach of any agreement, representation or warranty hereunder, including, without limitation, third party business claims of infringement of copyright or other intellectual property rights and search violation of rights of privacy and publicity.
